Our Promise
Every bottle of Victus is made with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to fix it — no runaround, no hassle.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the product needs to be unopened and in its original packaging, with the cellophane seal untouched. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on perfumes that have been opened or used — this is something we have to be strict about for hygiene reasons, and we appreciate your understanding.
What We Can't Take Back
We're unable to process returns on opened or used bottles, items missing their original box or packaging, or products that have been damaged through mishandling.
Getting Your Refund
Once we receive and check your return, we'll get back to you within 2–3 business days to let you know the outcome. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you paid cash on delivery, we'll sort it out via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or a direct bank transfer — whichever works best for you.
Received the Wrong Item or a Damaged One?
That's on us, and we'll make it right. Just reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a few clear photos, and we'll arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover the shipping. If you've simply changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be on your end.
