By entering and using (Victusfragrance.com), you agree to be bound by these terms. Think of this as the code of honour between conquerors. If you do not agree, you must withdraw from the battlefield (exit the site).

1. The Conquest Begins

When you place an order with Victus, you are making a declaration of intent to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your declaration at our sole discretion. An order is only confirmed once we dispatch your bottle and send you a tracking number.

2. Pricing & Tribute

All prices on The Armory are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. We hold the right to change pricing without prior notice. However, once your order is confirmed, your tribute amount shall remain fixed and honoured.

3. Product Authenticity

Every Victus fragrance is handcrafted with rare oils and precision. We stand behind every bottle that leaves our fortress. Slight variations in colour or packaging are a mark of handcrafted luxury, not a flaw.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Domain — logos, images, text, product designs, and even the scent descriptions — are the exclusive property of Victus. Reproduction without permission is an act of war, and we defend our kingdom fiercely.

5. Your Conduct

You agree to use our Domain for lawful purposes only. Any attempt to harm, disrupt, or breach our fortress will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action. Conquerors fight fair.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we craft our fragrances with the utmost care, Victus shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please review the ingredients listed on each product page before your conquest.

7. External Territories

Our Domain may contain links to external websites. We do not govern those territories and are not responsible for their content or practices. Venture at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Pakistan. We fight on our home soil.

9. Changes to The Doctrine

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Domain after changes constitutes acceptance of the new code. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
